The origin of the elements of construction and decoration of special relevance are: the stone shield of the facade was more than 80 years on a farm wall located in Coyoacán, the main door belonged to the Amealco church in the state of Querétaro, the library door was part of the Hacienda de Corralejo in Pénjamo Guanajuato (Birthplace of Mexican Independence Hero, Reverend Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla) the courtyard and sidewalk tiles mostly came from the textile factory "La Perseverancia" (1835). Antique talavera tiles, etched glass doors, stain glass features, shell motifs, and stone arches, details and fountains enhance the property.
